Not sure what to say?

Thank you all so much for the love and kindness and prayers that have been showered upon my father and family. We truly appreciate everyone of you. God's continued blessings on you all.

I worked with Freddie for a short time in Motorola. He was a great person to work with, and will be truly missed.

Dr. Freddie was my first manager when I joined Motorola six years ago, what a man to work for. My family and I spent our first christmas in Arizona at the home of Dr. Freddie and his family, the beginning of a warm friendship. He will be truly missed and may his soul rest in perfect peace. Our heart felt condolence and God blessings to each of you during this difficult time.

I had the opportunity to meet Freddie at lunch a couple of times when he was at Sematech and was thoroughly impressed by the true gentleman that he was. It was a great pleasure meeting him for even such a brief time. He was ever so gentle and kind with all he met.

It was such a pleasure and honor to have worked with Freddie. He always made me smile. I truly do miss him. May he rest in peace.

It was a pleasure and honor to work with Freddie briefly at Motorola. May God's Grace and Peace be with each of you as you remember Freddie.

I have never known a nicer more generous person. Freddie's smile and kindness will be greatly missed.

Jessica and Courtney I know that you both will miss him but remeber that God will never leave you or forsake you. Trust in him and he will see you through. Sonny would not want us to grieve, but go on with life for he is with the Lord. He is at rest. Thank God I had the chance to know my uncle and I...
