Read MoreI did not know Freddie for very long, but during the time I did, I greatly enjoyed hearing about all of his outdoor adventures. You could truly hear the passion in his voice. He always gave great advice and excellent recommendations on places to travel. I will truly miss talking to him.

I knew and served with Freddie when he was a Shenandoah County Sheriff's Deputy and I was a police officer. Freddie was a friend and a very conscientious officer. I will cherish those memories and express my condolences to his family and friends.
