Not sure what to say?

Today is February 15th 2007. I honor Freddie C. Rogers today. After 34 years of still believing that I can do anything I want to do once I put my mind to it the job is half done. My mind is made up! I guess I am half there.

When I think of my dad I always think of Freddie. Because dad always told us about the times they played together. I remeber well how proud my dad was of him when he became mayor of Roosevelt city and how impressed we all were with him and his wonderful work. These are just the memories that stick. After my dad passed, he would check on mother often, to see if there was anything he could do. We will miss him.

Thank you for your contribution.

I had some great times with your dad.He helped me through numerous situations and I will truly miss him. I will always feel a very special connection to the Rogers family.

Love you much,
Willie

Joselyn, I am so sorry that I could not be there with you. I know the pain of losing your father and my prayers were with you during that time and they are with you everyday. Keep your Mom close for as long as the Lord allows and see her as much as you can. Love and prayers, Jo Ann

To the family of Mayor Freddie C. Rogers, I wish to extend sympathy on behalf of my father, Rev Willie B. Spencer-former pastor of Morningstar United Methodist Church-Bessemer,Al.

Sincerely,

I am so sorry for your loss in the family. He was a great inspiration to Toastmasters. He is a great inspiration to me and you too. God Bless him. Bless us. Bless everyone. R. I. P. (Rest In Peice) Honorable Mayor Freddie C. Rogers

Family, I am so sorry for your great loss, but we know GOD loved him and wanted him home. You were blessed to have had him in your life. Love you, AUNT BETTY
