You have been my best friend, my life for six years. I will miss everything about you and cannot wait until I can hear your voice and see you beautiful smile once again. I know that you are with me in my heart everywhere I go. You made me the person I am today and I am so proud to have known and loved such a wonderful, good man.

My deepest sympathy for your family’s loss. Freddy was an outsanding police officer and I am proud to say I served next to him. His family, the Hartford Police Department, and the citizens of hartford have all suffered a great loss. Rest in peace brother till we meet again. God bless.

My deepest condolensces go out to all who knew Freddy. I lived across from him for a couple of years and I remember how excited he was about getting onto Hartford's Police Force. I'll always remember how much he cared about Gus and how friendly he was.

I met Freddy while I was working with Cindy at the Hartford. Freddy and I were both trying to become police officers at that time. He was the kind of person you instantly liked, and it was impossible not to become friends with. My deepest sympathy to Freddy's HPD family and the Burgos Family.
