Not sure what to say?

Fred will always be in my heart. I'm thinking of Betty and the kids and wishing them well'

I thought of another wonderful memory of Fred. While he was in Nigeria, he had a house man named Adamu. When Fred left, his thanks to Adamu was a trip to Mecca. What a wonderful, perfect, gift.

Fred and family will always be in my thoughts and heart.

I just found out. I am so very sorry.

I just found out. I'm so very sorry.

Fred was my go-to person. When I saw him, whether it was days or years since our last visit, the conversation picked up as if we had only paused for a few minutes. His friendship was a blessing. To Betty, Sofia, Nathan, and Susanna, our sincere condolences at this sad time.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I always enjoyed visits from "Uncle" Freddie. He was a kind and caring man. Always had a smile or laugh to share. May God be with your family.

Betty, our deepest sympathies to you and your family for your loss.
Your husband and father has always been there for me and my family, as a best man, best friend and brother. Fred will never be forgotten in our hearts and minds.
Betty, may the Lord of Peace take care of you and your family.
So deeply sadden this lost.

Mr. Berger will be terribly missed by all who had the chance to know him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
