KELLAM, Frederic Jefferson, III, of Richmond, Va., passed away on August 25, 2022 at Beth Sholom Parkside. He had recently celebrated his 76th birthday. Wonderful dinners and laughs. Incredible taste in design. Every home was a knockout. Such colorful memories of our ventures together. Rented a red convertible in LA and visited the Huntington Museum then on our Acapulco cruise. Great companion and friend. My sincere condolences to his sisters and family. His was such a joy. Jeff was a special friend going back to our days at Parsons College. He was a true friend who would always do anything for you. He always had a funny story or a positive take on what was next. My wife, Louise and I will miss him!

We have not seen Jeff in years due to moving but we certainly enjoyed getting to know him through John Hancock. He serviced many people in the Tappahannock and Warsaw areas of Virginia. Condolences to all his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
