Read MoreBesides working with/for Fred, our family had the privilege of living next door to the Oonks in Maendy near Cowbridge in Wales. We got to know Heather as a great babysitter, Matt as a good friend and playmate for our son Pat, and the Oonk family as great neighbors. I knew him as Uncle Fred. He was always ready for a laugh or a joke. Growing up I remember watching him play pool with my other uncle, playing cribbage and cards. He was the quiet person in our crazy family but when he joined in, everyone laughed.
