Not sure what to say?

Dear Georgie, Freddie, and Teri,

I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Every year around this time, I think about the fact that it's time to get the camp opened and ready for the summer. The days with Doc were always so much fun! It never seemed like work. Doc is the leader that all my bosses and son's coaches are measured up against....there are so few great role models - he was the best! I hope you are able to find comfort in all the wonderful memories.

To the Pierce Family~
I was so saddened to hear of your loss. I spent so many years with your family and Mr. Pierce was also so friendly, nice, welcoming and pleasant to me. I know he will be missed by everyone he touched in his life. God Bless at this difficult time.

Mrs. Pierce and Family,
Dr. Pierce was my gym teacher when I attended Washington Gladden Elementary school back in the 60's.My fondest memories of him were that he'd tell me to come in before school to work on my latest gymnastic move...I was a 1st grader then and I was bound and determined to do a front walkover and front handspring...The days and months went on and when I finally achieved them one early morning, and immediately what he said to me was," you better call home and tell...

Mrs. Pierce, Freddie and Teresa,
I'm not sure if you will remember me, when I went to AGC I was "Merrie Goldman" but I have gone back to my real name and actually married a Pierce...
Doc and the AGC family was such a huge part of my childhood that although I don't see all of you anymore you are all still there in my heart. I have fabulous memories of many summers and I cherish them and always will. I'm sure you have fabulous memories of Doc and I hope these memories comfort you in...

To the Pierce Family,
I was so saddened to see this. Mr. Pierce was my phys-ed teacher at Washington Gladden Elementary school (a few years ago). When he taught round dance, he used me to show the rest of the class. Fred was very tall and I was very small. It was quite funny.! Coach Pierce saw OFA through many winning seasons. He was outstanding.!!! When I married, I became acquainted with Fred again when he was our 'IDS' man. It was so much fun to reconnect with him after all of...

To the Pierce Family
Please accept my heartfelt sympathies. I feel your lose. For ten summers, AGC was my home away from home. Doc was a mentor and friend and will not soon be forgotten. May the loving memories you have, bring you peace in the coming days.

Attending a small high school that had such winning teams as we had during my tenure at OFA surely helped us to go into the wide world with some confidence! Dr Pierce gave us that, and more. His high expectations also inspired so many of us to set loftier goals and work hard to achieve them.

To the Pierce Family: Please accept my sympathies as I got to know you all from Boy Scout Troop 102

Fred will be missed around Endwell Greens Golf Course where he spend many hours of good golf & good friends.
