Thayer and the Schroeder Family:

It has been so long since we've been in touch, but we used to be very close friends. I just recently heard this news, and it broke my heart. I am so sorry you've lost Deric as a part of your lives now, but I know he lives on in so many ways. Even after so many years for me, I have lasting memories of Deric that I will never forgot.

My deepest sympathies to Deric's family. Fred will always hold a special place in my heart - His smile lives forever in my mind.

My sincerest condolences to the Schroeder family, and to all those who knew and loved Deric. I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing.
