We had the pleasure of being neighbors of Fred and Florence when we lived in Scappoose. They were delightful people and always willing to help out wherever something needed doing! My husband Bill worked with Fred on the committee to purchase Springlake Park Co-op for the resident ownership. Fred visited Salem quite a few times to help change some laws to make this happen.
