Philip gave me the opportunity to work for the police department in 1977 and again in 1983. He was very passionate about his work, time with his family and his crafts. I was fortunate to be the recepiant of some of his beautiful crafts. When I became ill a couple of years ago, he was very kind in reaching out to me to let me know he was rooting for my recovery. My thoughts and prayers are with the Arnold Family
