Not sure what to say?

Dear Melissa,
Even though I didn't really know you or your family, I still had to send you my deepest sympathy after hearing the sad news about Fred. He truly was an exceptional, loving, friendly, individual who will be greatly missed by many, including myself. I work at the Birthplace at HSH and Fred would always greet me whenever he saw me and always addressed me by name saying hi or good morning or how was I doing. I will ALWAYS remember Fred as a SPECIAL guy who took the time to say...

Melissa, my thoughts and prayers are with you and you're family. I can't say that I've ever passed you and Fred that you both didn't take the time to say Hi as you passed. I don't think I've ever seen a couple that looked as happy as the two of you. May that Love bring you peace and happiness.

Dear Melissa and Family, Our prayers go out to you and your family at this very difficult time. Fred will be greatly missed. I appreciate Fred's generous hospitality toward my children and myself. I'm glad I've had the pleasure of knowing a very kind and gentle man. With love and deepest regrets....John, Tara and The Children

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life’s routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Melissa and family,
I wanted to send my sympathy to and your family. Fred was a wonderful person who left an impression on everyone he meet. Please take care of each other.
Sincerely,
Nicole Rn, MICU

I met Fred Baker in another life or so it seemed. Almost 20 yrs ago I visited the Baker family with my bud Tim. Fred lived next door then. I was just another loud mouthed Texan complaining about rude truck drivers on I40! Fred was about to plant blueberries and PA was as far north as I had ever been...he laughed at/with me and I marveled thru the years at his courage, resilience and stamina. I recently told the Bakers he always reminds me of a Texan, Lance Armstrong..NEVER a quitter, more of...

Im thinking of you and the kids during this time. Fred was a wonderful man, and always had that smile and a Hi for me in the halls at work all the time. I will miss him. If you need anything let me know. Christy from PT

We are deeply sadden by your families loss. In many ways we felt as though we knew Fred, hearing so much about him from Tim.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

God Bless
