My thoughts and prayers are with you.

May you find peace knowing he is with his Maker.

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

I have come to know Fred during our USS SELLERS reunions. My prayers go out to Freds family and friends.

Sandra and Family, my heart goes out to you for the loss of an outstanding man . Heaven has gained a great man and he will be taking care of his family from afar. I will always remember Freddie when we talk about the Meridian days. Bless you...

Bart,

You were a good shipmate and we made two trips to the Med. Sometimes you sang in the band and you were always funny. God Speed my friend.

I just heard the news today. Words cannot express the tremendous sadness and sorrow I feel right now for everyone affected by this. I wish I could be there with everyone in this time of mourning. My condolences to the entire family, especially Miss Sandra and Alyssa. I'm so sorry.

Fred was a wonderful man and someone that any and everyone could look up to for guidance, moral support, friendship, or just a laugh. He'll be sorely missed.

To the Bartholomew family
I didn't know Fred personally, but remember him as a standout performer in all the Emmaus Lion's Club shows I attended over the years. May he rest in peace.
