He was so warm, friendly, genuine, interesting to talk to, funny, gregarious, intelligent, personable, and fun to be with; (the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, btw)! He was so blessed to have you as his beloved and attentive daughter -- you and Dave gave him such excellent care over the years, and especially during the last few months...

Sorry to hear the passing of Fred. Fred and Winny were our Cape Cod Neighbors. They were a great couple and neighbors. Fred always had a smile and stopped by our home to say hello. God bless Fred and RIP !!!

I'll dearly miss my friend Fred! So many nice memories...Winnie was my second grade teacher, I was the Berberick's paperboy, I put posters up around the neighborhood and walked around with a sign supporting his campaign - virtually guaranteeing his election. And when I was a bit older I'd sit and chat with him. He would offer me a Schlitz beer...but never an Old Grand-Dad bourbon!
