Not sure what to say?

Fred Billings...I think of a smiling face, a hearty laugh, encouraging words--a coach who shared his enthusiasm for sports with all students with whom he came in contact. Bless all of you at this time. From a '67 graduate of EF

Fred and Barbie,
I am sorry to hear about your dad.
It seems like yesterday we all were driving up to the orchard to kick back with "Pops" and Carol. They always made everyone feel welcome no matter how many showed up at the door.
My prayers and thoughts are with your family.

Carol and Family: Fred ran the race with courage and deterination and now he has finished the course in victory. So sorry that we were not at the service but know that we are praying for you all. Thank you for remembering Camp Peniel with your memorials. May God's blessings and grace abound for each of you. We rejoice in knowing that Fred is whole again and better than ever having found that Blessed Hope that we will look forward to ourselves. We love you.
Don Barber and all the Camp Staff

My families thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. I will always remember Fred and my father's friendship as special one. Fred always had a smile and positive approach that was uplifting.

I am very saddened to hear of the passing of Coach Billings. I remember him well from his teaching days at Elysian Fields and I thought the world of him. He was a very easy individual to talk with and a wonderful mentor. Prayers to Carol and the entire family.

Carol,
I'm so saddened to hear of Fred's death. I did see him within the last month and wanted to call you but couldn't locate your number. Do know I'm praying for all of you and thinking of you.

Although I have not seen Fred in a number of years, I was saddened to learn of his passing. He was one of my mentors in my early business life and provided me sanity by instilling his faith, trust and hope in me with his very positive attitude. He always seemed older and wiser than I. May God's peace be with his family.
