Our condolences to Fred's family. He was affectionately known to us as Mr. "C". He was the best tenant we ever had at 12457 Saint Louis for over 20 yrs. We still kept in touch with him after we moved to Ottawa, he was a kind wonderful man, may he rest in peace.
