Fred Cooper was an incredible man. He accepted all peoples with an open mind and kind heart. One only had to know Fred for a few moments to feel welcomed and cheered by his smile and wonderful laugh.
The Copley Music Students, CHS Music Boosters and their families extend their most heartfelt condolences. With fellow Kiwanians he worked the OMEA contests held at the High School and we looked forward every year to having him with us!
