My mother, Muriel Blank, and I send our deepest sympathy to your family. We both have very fond memories of shopping at Ortland's Meat Market and can still remember how helpful and kind Fred was to us. Even though I was just a child then, he always took the time to talk with me and ask about my school day. I can still picture his smiling face.
