As someone who worked with Fred many years ago at the Courthouse ... and someone who still holds fond memories of him... please accept my deepest condolences

Fred was one of the kids on the block. Also class mate at Van Sickle. He always attended the Thanksgiving weekend Van Sickle reunion. You will be missed by the boulevard gang at the fish market. With sadness from San Francisco Bay Bill Aldrich

My brother Dan and I always enjoyed meeting up with Freddy, enjoying great conversations and his wonderful sense of humor. Freddy was vary much a part of the boulevard. Jack and Dan Malone.

Fred was an all around great guy, my deepest condolences to Joanie and his whole family.

Joanie So sorry for your loss Russ Omer

To Fred's family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Fred was a great man. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Fred was one of us kids who grew up together in the neighborhood, schools and playgrounds in East Springfield. As a kid he was always known as "Ricky". Always a fine young lad. In our teen years and later on as adults, Fred was always a good guy - a good friend. It was always a pleasure to see him at our yearly November buddy reunions near Page Boulevard. He was a legend for sure, he wont be forgotten. Rest in Peace Fred, you had a good life.
