Dad, it's been five years since you left us, and I am reading again your obituary and missing Julia & your presences. We had some good times together as a family and we will never forget our diamond in the ruff who made it all possible our very own Julia your beautiful wife. But! Oh yes I remember the ice cream man no matter if I was on Conn Ave,the Village or the park and beach he was there,now I was a young child then I'm now in my 50's so yes he's been around a long time.
About 6yrs ago might be longer he moved into the building where my mom was,and I tell U he remembered me by face not name, we would sit outside he would have his jazz and oldies on and really reminisce about the hood ole dayz.
