Sorry to hear of Fred's passing. We lost track of each other some years back but Sarah & I still fondly recall many fun evenings, dinners and discussions and also holiday get togethers with Fred and Darlene. Fred was a very smart fellow and great co-worker at PPG and BFG who was often under-appreciated by management but well respected by peers and co-workers. May he rest in peace. Stay safe and stay well Darlene. Jim & Sarah White

Fred and I worked at PPG in Barberton, Ohio, during the 1960s. We were both bachelors at the time and enjoyed fine dining and many other activities in the big city. I recall that Fred always selected prime rib. During that time, Fred met Darlene and, as they say, the rest is history. I also met my wife during this period. I moved to Columbus (my current home) and Fred and Darlene moved north. Fred had a great sense of humor and I enjoyed his company very much.
