Fred was well liked by most all who knew him at the tax dept. I started there with Fred 32 years ago. Fred was a very caring man & will be missed. So glad he got to enjoy his 8 years of retirement.

Earth has no sorrows that heaven cannot heal. Coz Waveney and family our prayers are with you during this time of bereavement for all of us.
