Uncle Fred was impressive for his depth of knowledge and his scientific curiosity. Condolences to AJ and Gillett family.

We have fond memories of growing up with Dr. Fred Gillette and his family during the early years of East Grand Rapids. I truly believe our parents all lived life to the fullest. Our condolenses to John, Mark , Mary and their families.

So sorry for the family. We enjoyed meeting him several years ago. Joan and I were high school classmates and she was at our wedding in 1950. Long time friends! Our sympathy to Mary (whom we met) and the rest of Fred's family.

Fred was an elegant man with a fine intellect. My family will miss him. Condolences to my aunt, Joan, and other Gilletts.
