Frederick Len Harris

He was a special man. He could do anything. His real gift was in making others feel special too.

Although it has been 40 years since I last saw Fred and his beautiful wife, Mary Lou, he left an indelible impression on me. So much so that a couple of weeks ago I was thinking about the time he brought a satelite phone(pre cell phone era) to an outdoor get together to demonstrate the ability to make a call without a phone line. To me and many others, it was a miracle! I will always remember Fred as an intelligent, inqusitive, and kind man.
