I met Prof. Hart when I worked at the Law School in 1985. He was a wonderful caring thoughtful man, who I became very close to. He always had time to talk to me and I will miss him greatly. He put on a tough exterior but inside he was a sweet kind man. RIP Fred .

Professor Hart was my contracts instructor in 1989. He was a great teacher. He was also a great resource to attorneys in the Albuquerque area. I don’t think there was anyone in the country who knew more about the UCC than he did. He was always willing to share that knowledge with those of us who stopped by his office with questions. He will be missed by many.
