When I was a child I would take walks with my Grandma Kay past Fred's house and once in a while we would stop to visit him. I was so surprised to watch my Grandmother with a school girl type crush going on and on about him. One day she had me take a basket of her homemade jam and biscuits to his house while she hid in the bushes across the street and watched me deliver it. The rest was history.
