Frederick S. Holmes was a good friend of mine at St. George's School. In fact, he was probably my best friend on arrival there. I had few friends as my first year there was my Junior year. We immediately found similar interests and spent a lot of time in the photography laboratory mixing up a number of not so safe concoctions.
