Frederick M. Horsmon

Frederick Merritt "Fritz" Horsmon, 84, of Ligonier, died unexpectedly Sunday, March 3, 2013. He was born Feb. 18, 1929, in Manor, a son of the late Fred and Olive Horsmon. Fritz attended Manor School, Jeannette High School and Penn State University, where he earned a degree in forestry. He was a...
