Dick hovey alias "Dicker" was a real good guy. He came into the life of the Snyder family in the form of the MYC junior sailing program and left an indelible mark on us. He will always be remembered for the famous "necktie"{ enough said}, as comander of the well stocked commitee boat and most of all for the great instructional and inspirational words of wisdom given to a young sailor, non matter what level of skill.
