Not sure what to say?

Dear Jane, It is with a broken heart I send my condolences to you and your entire family on this mournful anniversary. I think of you all the time and want to thank you for making the effort to meet me and my sister when we attended Linda & Tim's wedding reception, that November. I hope with all my heart you have found peace and I will continually pray for the safety of Frederick Ill 3rd. How proud his father must be of him. God bless you all.

Your loss is still felt so deeply. My prayers are always with you and your family. At church today I will light a candle to shine a light on your legacy.

On 9-12-2021 I had the honor to climb 110 stories for his honor.

May you continue to rest in peace and I want to let your family know I am thinking of them and want to reach out and hug your sister, Jane. <3

My name is Scotty Kennedy. I was a member of the Louisiana Army Guard when I met Fred while training in North Dakota. I was only around Fred for a couple of weeks but I quickly learned he was a great guy. I always remember him on 9/11 and his sacrifice.
