Fred was one of the first people I met when I entered the rooms. One of those "old-heads" that could see a new comer a mile away and would welcome them home. He forever will be a root in my tree of life. I only lived in Harrisburg for two years before moving, but I was blessed to have seen Fred every time I visited, and he always welcomed me just as he did the first time we met back in October of 2011. 'Till you welcome me again at the big meeting in the sky.

So sorry to hear of Fred's death. He actually babysat for my son Matt many many years ago and spent quite a bit of time at our house, two doors from his parent's home,in Hyde Park. Those were the "good" old days!I knew his family well and send my sympathies to those remaining family members, his lovely wife who I had the pleasure of meeting one time several years ago,and his children. Always smiling,always a FORD man, and forever a Dolphins fan.

I had the pleasure of knowing Fred he was an awesome man who loved his daughters and his wife,his spiritual conquest and love of the spirit his model cars getting out to the races liked by most misunderstood by some,i will miss his fist pounds and hugs,at last he is with his creator in heaven Beth hold strong he is with god now may others prayers and blessing hold you through this.miss and love you Fred.

I was blessed to know Fred through the fellowship of AA and he helped me immensely. We had sincere, genuine conversations and he was open, honest and willing to share all of his life with me. I will miss him dearly. My most heartfelt condolences go out to Beth and Fred's entire family. Love you buddy.
