We met Fred and Carolyn when they moved to our retirement community. There seemed to be a very quick connection among the 4 of us that grew during dinners and times visiting on the patio. Fred had a delightful sense of humor that enlivened serious conversations on politics and the condition of our world. Fred was bright and curious so conversations with him were always interesting.
It was also uplifting to watch the obvious love and affection between Fred and Carolyn. It was so good...
