My family's thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. Fred was a wonderful man, and it was a pleasure to get to know him on the County Board. He gave so much of himself to others, and he touched so many lives. We were all blessed by his life on this earth. Fred was reunited with the Lord on my 40th birthday, and that is something I'll always remember.
