Doctor Kimball, you did a great job putting me back together again. I was like Humpty Dumpty.
April 30th, 1971, I was on my motorcycle going 65 miles an hour. I was coming up on an S curve. I was on a two-lane rural road in north San Diego County. I crashed into a “guy” wire on a telephone pole going 65.
When I came to, I was on my back, down the road slightly on a slope. Both bones in my left forearm were broken, right femur compound fracture and my right arm had been amputated...
