I worked with Fred many years ago. I am proud to call him a friend. He was an absolute clear thinking professional engineer. He was kind respectful to everyone. He was I a class by himself.

I remember Fred as a very likeable. He was one of the smartest engineers that I worked for and with. We felt that there wasn't a problem that we couldn't solve while working at Steering Gear. . My wife and I did many things with Helen and Fred when we were younger. We had many good times with them and have the memories. I am very sorry to hear of his passing on to the next world. We extend our sympathies to you, his family and friends. . I'm sure you will meet again in heaven.

I took care of one of your dad's Bay Port high school classmates until he passed away in June, 2020. Paul Dannesberger spoke very highly of every one in and around Bay Port. I drove him up there frequently especially for the Memorial Day Parade and the fish Sandwich Festival. I imagine that there's quite a class reunion going on now that'll probably last for eternity. God Bless them all! (Paul had been my sixth grade gym teacher in Sag. Twp. Community Schools)
