Fred and Bobbi LeBalister are truly a gift to me they are family..As a family we shared so many special times always supporting each other. We are saddened to learn of Fred's passing. Fred was responsible for encouraging Roger to apply for a position at Camp Roberts, CA. He did and in 1982 the Le Ballister's welcomed us so warmly as we moved to Paso Robles. This career move made all the difference in our living. It was a catalyst in Roger's successful military career. Fred always encouraged Roger (and I am sure others as well) to take strides forward.
