From our first meeting at the Framingham, MA "Huts" on Route 9 as members of the 1962 44th RTT through our service with the MSP, Fred was always a stand-up and reliable guy with the ability to see the bright side of life with a dry sense of humor. It was an honor for me to know and serve with Fred. To Paula and family, my deepest condolences. Anne and myself will remember him in our prayers.
