Mark, I am so very sad to hear of your dad's passing. I stumbled across it looking for the obituary for one of my dad's friends. I only met your dad a few times when I was a teen, but I remember both your mom and dad being so elegant and gracious. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this very difficult time. It is really hard to be a member of the no-parents club. God bless!

I would like to extend my condolences to the family. Fred and Martha were the most wonderful and lovely neighbors. Some of my fondest memories are being in the Mahan kitchen for a St. Francis Wood Women's League cooking series with Martha sharing her style and tips for delicious food and gracious entertaining.
