Wilson Funeral Home - Tampa Obituary

A celebration of life service for Mr. Frederick Mark McCauley, Jr. who passed on August 11, 2025, will be held on Saturday August 23, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida with Elder Yakennia Williams, Officiating.  Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida.  A viewing will be held on Friday August 22, 2025, at Wilson Funeral Home from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. 


Mr. Frederick “Mark” McCauley Jr. was a native of Florida a resident of Tampa for 47 years. He attended Robinson High School in Tampa.


He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Ruthie McCray, Mary Hunt McCauley; uncle, Reginald McCray Sr.; aunties, Rosa B. Hartsfield and Bobie Jean Stanford.


He leaves to cherish memories of him with his mother, Sharon McCray;  father, Frederick M. My sincerest love and condolences to the family. I grew up with Big Mark and his family in Rembrandt. He was like a big brother to me. He would always brighten my day with his comedic, fun nature. I will miss him dearly. ~ Rest In Heavenly Peace my Brother.
