He and I were in the USCG Reserve in San Diego in the 1960's-70's; I also knew him at what was then the City's Harbor Department (my job was in the City Safety Office). My deepest sympathy to the family. Fred was such an outstanding person in every way. I was privilaged to have Fred as a co-worker at the City. He was the brightest and most knowledgable person I have ever known. I share your grief.

I would appreciate an invitation to the celebratoin of Fred's life.

Please accept my deepest condolonces. It is so good that Mr. Fred had the opportunity to live to that age because the scriptures say that our days are 70 and if by special mightiness they are 80.-Psalm 90:10. I am sure that you have some fond memories that will comfort you and bring you joy.
