Was saddened to hear of Fred's passing my classmate, we sat next to each other In the Police Academy. Had lunch with him two years ago, along with my wife and Joe Balle. Sincere sympathy to you Barbara, Kim and family. We retired the same day, a great person. May he Rest in Peace and I pray you be comforted by the great memories of your life , Bill and Helen.
