On behalf of the Nelson Family in Stafford Va., we would like to extend our sincerest sympathy and condolences in the loss of our beloved family member and to the entire Payne Family in their loss. Although “Junior” spent most of his life in the Maryland area, we still enjoyed his company when he visited us in Virginia.
