Frederick L. Nipps

Growing up in the other side of the duplex with Sue and her husband Charles Nipps, in the C&I Houses, we were very close friends with Fred and his late brother Bill. The memory of hearing Sue´s piano keys being played as her two boys were passing it in the living room on their way to going upstairs, yes, it was like we were all family, and I´m saddened to hear of Fred´s passing. My deepest sympathies to the family and to all who knew him. Ed Thompson.

So very sorry to hear of Fred's passing. I'll always remember him as my 8th grade science teacher, then years later we became neighbors. He always made me smile. What a great guy. Prayers to all his family.

I wish to extend my sincere sympathy to Fred´s family. I spent a lot of time with the family growing up and he was always a very kind gentleman. May you find comfort in knowing others care.
