Leah and I were so sad to hear this news today, after just catching up with Fred on the Cape a few weeks ago. That afternoon on our walk to the pond was brightened by his gracious greeting as we rounded the corner.

Rita, Greg, Candy, and Maria we loved Fred for his warm heart, eager smile, and always active energy. His spirit made us laugh often and smile brightly. We know that he is in peace in a wonderful place, surrounded by some very dear friends.

We are deeply saddened by this news. Fred was a bright light for our family, always with a beautiful smile. Playful, open and welcoming (also so cute!) That is a smile never to be forgotten! Our thoughts are with you all at this sad time. Fred touched many lives and we are grateful to have been in his presence.
