That sweet, gleeful smile Dr. Poppe had, that glint in his eye and his wonderful sense of humor, will stay with me always. What a great, kind, intelligent man he was. I am sure he's dancing now, free of backaches and pains. We will feel his love and kindness for a long time to come. His contribution to the Dr. John T. Macdonald Foundation was invaluable. I love you Uncle Fred! You will be greatly missed. I am so sorry I couldn't be there to share with the family. Marge, Penny, Rick and Dee, my deepest sympathy to you and your families.
