Always had a story to tell with a laugh in his voice and a twinkle in his eye. He will be dearly missed by so many.

I was so very saddened to hear of the passing of Fred. We all have good memories of the time he shared with us in the fitness center at Avalon Square. Always a smile on his face and am amusing story to share making our time working out more fun!
