Not sure what to say?

Freddie is the Legend of Caldwell. .Sitting on that bench near the Post office. Will never forget him.

I remember growing up on Hanford and Freddie was always around. He truely did become a staple in the town of Caldwell and will be missed. He used to come to our house frequently to either sit and talk to my dad about his radio's, or just sit on the swings with us kids or just let us know that the "Blimp" was over head. When we were younger on Memorial Day after the parade Freddie would also love to come to our house because we would have the BBQ going with the fire trucks right out front of...

Fred will be missed. I will miss having him walk with me and the dogs at night. The top of Park Ave.will not be the same. He always asked how my mother and sisters where and if I had any VCR's for him to fix. My prayer's are with you and your wife. You were a good brother to him.

Freddie will be missed more then you know. Park Ave will never be the same. Thank you Dennis for giving us Fred for all these years and allowing him to stay in that house and care for him after your Mom passed. He was one of the sweetest men I ever knew. The Memorial Day parade will not be the same without Fred in the Fire Truck.

I have wonderful memories of Fred and what a very special man he was. He was fortunate to have the ability to stay at his home following his mother's passing. This was largely due to the wonderful care and support that Dennis and Joyce provided. Because of them he was able to enjoy "his" town of Caldwell. Fred has now been taken into The Lord's loving embrace and he will be in the company of his father and mother. My prayers are with Dennis, Joyce, Lauren and all of Fred's family and...

Sweet man!

Fred touched many people's lives at Calvary Lutheran Church in Verona. He had a gentle spirit and it was always a pleasure seeing him at church or around town in Caldwell.

His presence will be missed, this is what makes a town a home to all of us.

The whole town of Caldwell will miss Fred and we will too. So, so sorry for your loss. Sal & Mike LeDonne
