Fred was always nice to me. It was always a pleasure to talk with him. We always got along together, and I'm happy to have known him for the time I did. Very sad to have him pass so young with such a bright future ahead of him. I wish I knew Freddie longer as it was always such fun at every interaction. I'm not alone when I say that I will truly miss him, and can see he had so much love for his family and friends. We will miss him and our thoughts and prayers are with him, family, and...

Sending healing thoughts and prayers to the Regan family. I will never forget laughing like crazy with Freddy at "Meadows". Never forget that laugh. So very sorry for your loss.

Thank you for the memories! You will be missed
