Frederick Schuehle Obituary

Frederick "Ted" M. Schuehle

Ted was born on July 2, 1943. He passed away peacefully on November 9, 2019. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Carole; his sons, Ted (Molly), Eric (Stephanie), 8 grandchildren, his brother Bob and his sister Jean Crocker. Preceded in death by his son Ryan (Kirsten). Ted was a graduate of Franklin HS, earned his bachelors degree at the University of Washington and his MBA at Seattle University. He spent his entire career in finance at the Boeing Company. Ted loved spending time and making memories with his family on many vacations. We will miss his smile and amazing sense of humor. We would like to thank the staff at Aegis Gardens in Newcastle for their loving care. Donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.

We played Pee Wee football together until you moved to Moses Lake. When you returned to the west side I always looked forward to seeing you and our families at our grand parents house parties. Of course each year we always had to discuss (debate?) whose high school had the best football team. I also remember the days I could find you in your Boeing office for a discussion of company finance and other off-the-wall subjects. The memories are forever.

I had the honor to briefly know both Ted and Carole in the past year. Both of their beautiful personalities continued to shine bright despite many challenges presented to them. They are both great! Ted leaves a legacy of fortitude, humor and sweetness shown during difficult times. I hope memories of a life well lived will sustain Carole and her family. Blessings, Joanie

Ted and I went all the way back to Boeing in 1968(it was his first round with the company); after we both left,he got his masters and then went back in 1971;both he and Carole have been our best friends since
the 1968;my wife,Kathy, and Carole were pregnant in '68;we miss him terribly and our hearts go out to Carole and the family.

Uncle Ted was the most caring, gentle man that I knew. I know that he's up there having fun with Ryan, Grandma and Grandpa. Thank you for the best memories. I love you.

It was always a pleasure working with Ted. He always had a smile on his face. His jogging was a inspiration for those of us that use to run.
So sorry to hear that he is gone.

Ted was my cousin and although we didn't see each other often, when we did it was always fun catching up on family stuff. He will be missed by everyone in our family. RIP Ted.

Ted was a great guy to work with, jog with and talk sports with. In the thirty years we worked together, I never saw Ted when he didn't have a smile on his face. As we all say now -Too Soon!

I worked with Ted for many years at Boeing. Ted was in Finance and I was in Program Management at the Renton site. He was a great guy, very professional and dedicated to his work. In our conversations we talked a lot about our families, especially children. I had a saying that "these are the good years, it doesn't get any better". By this I simply meant the parenting job doesn't get any easier. As the years went by Ted said he finally understood this saying. It has been man years since I have talked to Ted but I do hope in his case all that parenting resulted in great kids that made him proud.
Ted was a great guy and always spoke highly of you Carole. I am sure he will be missed and I send my sympathy and prayers to you and your family in this most difficult time.
Sincerely,
Bob Johnson
