The entire Jacksonville Community Council family mourns the passing of Fred Schultz, who helped found our organization in 1974-75. Fred was a giant in the community and epitomized all the best qualities of a true community trustee and servant leader. Fred passes just as JCCI enters its 35th anniversary year -- and the anniversary years of its signature quality of life indicators program and its leadership program, JCCI Forward.
